About the CSP Certification Program

Converged Solutions Provider Certification training is designed to help partners prepare for success as a converged solutions provider with a well-rounded curriculum encompassing not only convergence technologies, but sales and telemanagement skills.

Presented by PHONE+ in concert with leading training companies IPx Connect and Telecom Solution Center, this Web-based training program features instructor-led online training modules and course materials offering basic skills designed to outfit channel partners with the information they need to be more productive and successful in the field.

The curriculum focuses on developing essential skills in three critical areas:

• Technology
• Telemanagement
• Sales

Each 90-minute module is followed with a test to ensure participants have mastered the subject matter, giving them confidence in their new skill set and moving them one step closer to full certification.

CSP Certification requires passing scores of 80 percent on six courses covering baseline capabilities for converged solutions providers. Click here for more information on required courses.

The CSP Certification Program is designed to evolve with the needs of converged solutions provider. In the coming months, CSP Certified individuals can learn more advanced skills in a given specialty by passing all the modules in a given track.

• Pass all six courses in the Sales Track to become a CSP Specialist in Sales
• Pass all six courses in the Technology Track to become a CSP Specialist in Technology
• Pass all six courses in the Telemanagement Track to become a CSP Specialist in Telemanagement

CSP Expert Certification is granted to channel partners passing all 18 courses.
